
Hi! My name is Trisha Clark. I’ve been making Lemon Curd for the past 10 years. Every year I sell my Lemon Curd at the Merry Barre Holidays Craft Fair, but I love to make jars any time of year.
My Lemon Curd is made with just a few ingredients: Local Egg Yolks, Cabot Unsalted Butter, Sugar, Lemon Juice & Lemon Zest. You can put it on Biscuits, Scones or Pound cake, but my favorite way to eat it is straight out of the jar! I hope you love my Lemon Curd!
